Child Safety Standards

cirQQles ("cirQQles," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting children and maintaining a safe environment across our websites, mobile applications, and services, including cirqqles.com and mycirqqles.com (collectively, the "Services"). We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This Child Safety Standards policy describes the measures we take to prevent, detect, and respond to such content and conduct.

1. Zero-Tolerance Commitment

We strictly prohibit any content, conduct, or activity that sexualizes, exploits, endangers, or otherwise harms children. This includes, without limitation:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form;
• Grooming, solicitation, or sexual extortion of minors;
• Trafficking, sexualization, or endangerment of children;
• Any attempt to use the Services to facilitate the above.

Anyone who violates these standards will have their content removed, their account terminated, and, where appropriate, will be reported to the relevant authorities.

2. Intended Audience

The Services are designed for businesses and adults. They are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly permit individuals under the age of 18 to create accounts or use the Services. If we learn that a person under 18 has created an account, we will take steps to remove that account.

3. Prevention

We work to prevent child sexual abuse and exploitation through measures that may include:

• Publishing and enforcing clear policies that prohibit CSAE and CSAM;
• Designing our Services to discourage misuse;
• Providing accessible mechanisms for users to report concerns;
• Reviewing reported content and taking prompt action.

4. Detection and Reporting

We take reports of suspected child sexual abuse and exploitation seriously and act on them promptly. When we become aware of apparent CSAM or related conduct, we will:

• Remove the offending content;
• Preserve relevant information as required by law;
• Report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or appropriate local authorities;
• Take action against the responsible account, up to and including permanent termination.

5. How to Report a Concern

If you encounter content or behavior that you believe sexualizes, exploits, or endangers a child on or through the Services, please report it immediately to our child safety point of contact:

Please include as much detail as possible, such as links, usernames, and a description of the concern, so we can investigate and respond appropriately. Reports are reviewed promptly.

In addition to contacting us, you may report suspected child sexual exploitation directly to:

• National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC): https://report.cybertip.org or call 1-800-843-5678 (United States).
• Your local law enforcement agency.

If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services right away.

6. Compliance with Standards

We are committed to complying with applicable child-safety laws and with the published child-safety standards of the platforms through which our applications are distributed, including the Google Play Child Safety Standards policy and applicable Apple App Store guidelines. We review and update our practices to align with these requirements.

7. Cooperation with Authorities

We cooperate with law enforcement and child-protection organizations in the investigation of child sexual abuse and exploitation, consistent with applicable law and legal process.

8. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Child Safety Standards policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective date" above. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
